About the Role

The job as a plant technician is independent and varied. You will be responsible for servicing your customers within a specific geographical area and will belong to our office in Västerås but work from your home address. We prefer that you live in the area around Borlänge & Falun.

As a plant technician, you will work from a basic planning that you help set up with support from your immediate supervisor, and a large part of your working time you will be the sole representative of Ambius in our customer's environment. Training will be conducted internally. For the job, we wish that you have a great interest in plants and preferably previous experience from a service occupation.

The position is part-time/full-time, 30-40 hours/week, and working hours are from 07:00 to 16:00. Salary according to collective agreement. You will work from your home address. You will have access to a company car (service vehicle) used for work.

Requirements

We see that you are a person who is service-minded and passionate about providing service to our customers, as interaction with our customers is a natural part of our service. You should also have an interest in plants and decoration. You are a natural problem solver and enjoy independently planning your days. You have previous experience in service, preferably from previous jobs in hotels, restaurants, or as a receptionist. We place great importance on your ability to build trust with our customers. You are representative, energetic, cheerful, and outgoing towards both colleagues and customers.

Some of the tasks may be physically demanding, so it is important that you are in good physical health. Since you will be exposed to dust, pollen, and mites, it is not a suitable workplace for someone with allergies.

For the position, you must have a B driver's license and good driving experience. Good local knowledge is an advantage for both you and us.

You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
